users of this site agree that access to and use of this site are subject to the
following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to

Shipping
Policy

USA Customers:

Shipping: 7 to 9 business days + 24-48 hours processing time.
- Standard
Shipping: 3 to 5 business days + 24-48 hours processing time.
- Two-Day
Shipping: 2 business days + 24-48 hours processing time.
- One-Day
Shipping: 1 business day + 24-48 hours processing time.
Canadian Customers:
- Standard
Canada Shipping: 7-12 business days, average + 24-48 hours processing time.
- Brokerage
fees, duties and any other applicable taxes or import charges are the sole
responsibility of the customer and are based on rates provided by your
country and the shipping carrier. HDMedicalOutlet.com can not control or
quote you on the taxes, fees, or charges. Please contact your local
government for more details.
Return
Policies
Removal or alteration of a product's serial number or serial number sticker will
automatically void your HDMedicalOutlet.com Return Policy. Products that are
returned to HDMedicalOutlet.com with a missing, damaged or altered serial number
will be refused RMA service and returned to you.

This is our Detailed
Standard Return Policy for non-Electronics. Unless another return policy is
indicated, products sold by HDMedicalOutlet.com are covered by this Standard
Return Policy for non-Electronics. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy
for non-Electronics may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice
date for a refund, or b) within 90 days of the original invoice date for a
replacement of the same item. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise
Authorization) number. Any item returned for warranty and found to be free
from defect will be subject to a $25 testing fee. Packages returned to
HDMedicalOutlet.com must be prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be
refused. Please note that we will refund the return shipping cost only if the
return was a result of our own mistake. All other warranty related shipping
charges to and from our facility are the responsibility of the customer.
International customers are responsible for all taxes, duties, and shipping
charges to and from our facility. Many manufacturers offer additional factory
coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item
directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and
Conditions.
Standard
Return Policy for Electronics

This is our Detailed
Standard Return Policy for Electronics. Under this policy all Electronic Devices
are non-refundable, and this supersedes all other return policies. There are NO
EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any Electronic Device that are deemed defective may
be returned for a replacement within 30 days only, but a request for refund will
not be granted. If an Electronic Device is returned for a replacement, but no
problems are found, the Electronic Device will be returned at your (the buyer's)
expense. Any item returned for warranty and found to be free from defect will be
subject to a $25 testing fee. Packages returned to HDMedicalOutlet.com must be
prepaid; items sent freight collect, or COD, will be refused. Please note that
we will refund the return shipping cost only if the return was a result of our
own mistake. All other warranty related shipping charges to and from our
facility are the responsibility of the customer. International customers are
responsible for all taxes, duties, and shipping charges to and from our
facility. You should be certain in your decision to purchase an Electronic
Device and must agree to this policy before completing your order. By confirming
your order, you indicate your agreement to this policy. A defective Electronic
Device that is returned for a replacement may be repaired or replaced at
HDMedicalOutlet.com's discretion, unless otherwise required by law. We strive to
uphold our standard RMA processing time for these types of items; however, in
some situations the item must be sent to the manufacturer for repairs.
Unfortunately HD Medical Outlet cannot expedite the RMA repair process in these
situations, as we must abide by the manufacturer's established processing time.
If you have a question regarding an Electronic Device RMA, please contact our
Customer Service Department. Many manufacturers offer additional factory
coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item
directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and
Conditions.
Combo
Specials and Free Accessories
Combo
Specials include two items that must be purchased together in order to receive a
discount. Combo items may be returned for replacement within their applicable
HDMedicalOutlet.com Return Policy Period. If a Combo item is returned for a
refund, the Combo Discount will be voided, and the discount amount will be
deducted from the amount of the refund. (For example, if your combo discount was
$5, and you return one of the combo items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted
from your RMA refund amount.) Free accessories or promotional bonus items
included with an item as a combo will be charged in full if the primary item is
returned for a refund. Items sold with "free shipping" will have
actual shipping charges deducted prior to refund.
Out-of-Stock
(Back-Order) Items
If the same item is not
available and a repair cannot be completed, HDMedicalOutlet.com reserves the
right to replace the item with a similar or like model or issue store credit at
the current selling price not to exceed the original purchase price. All items
returned for a refund must include the original box and any accessories.
Additional restocking fees will apply to items returned incomplete.

Typographical
Errors
In the event that a HD Medical Electronic Products, Inc
product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, HD Medical Electronic Products, Inc reserves
the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the
incorrect price. HD Medical Electronic Products, Inc reserves the right to refuse or cancel any
such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card
charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your
order is cancelled, HD Medical Electronic Products, Inc shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term;
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to
you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping
process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by
HD Medical Electronic Products, Inc without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions
